Both the STEP Foundation Certificate and Diploma for England and Wales satisfy 100% of the current Law Society CPD requirement of 16 hours per annum, provided that both workshop days are attended.

If the workshop days are not attended, then you may claim up to 75% of the CPD requirement i.e. 12 hours in any year.

The entitlement applies to each paper of the Diploma course. The CPD hours are allocated to the CPD year in which the examination is taken.
