Iris is a solicitor with a wide experience of private client work. She works as a Consultant for Toby Harris Tax Consultancy and IRIS Professional Tax Practice advising on complex aspects of trust and estate taxation and capital taxes with particular emphasis on high-net worth individuals. Iris is one of the authors of Tottel's Inheritance Tax Annuals, Tottel's Capital Gains Tax Annuals and CCH British Tax Reporter. She also is one of two Technical Officers for STEP.

Iris is one of the tutors of the England and Wales STEP Diploma for the Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
