Peter is a solicitor who has always specialised in property and private client related work. After a training contract at Trowers & Hamlins Peter became an assistant Solicitor in Freshfield’s Private Client department, then a partner in a High Street practice.

Peter has lectured for many years, mainly at the London branch of the College of Law, where he was the Branch Leader in Equity, Wills Probate and Administration and the Accounts Course in Articles. He also designed Property courses for the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and European Young Lawyers Programme.

Peter is now Senior Lecturer and Head of Equity and Trusts at London Metropolitan University; and Course Designer of the Breach of Trust Module for the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists Diploma.
